FAQ's

How to purchase

I produce small collections usually once a month. All information about jewellery release dates and times are posted on Instagram in advance. Pieces often go fast so to give everyone the same opportunity, nothing can be reserved in advance (please message me on IG if you'd like details on pricing or sizing).

For the highest chances of snapping up the piece you want, it is best to set an alarm and be on this website a few minutes before.

Creating an account beforehand may speed up checkout, and i'm told that using google pay or apple pay are the fastest for one-touch purchasing. If you end up returning for multiple purchases on that day, any extra postage you have paid will be refunded to you.

*Please make sure your address and any contact details are up to date and correct before purchasing, as I can not retrieve or refund a parcel that has incorrect information.

Time Zones

If you are outside of the UK, I recommend using a time zone converter such as timeanddate.com. If you input my city ~ Manchester, UK (London works too), the time my collection goes live (usually 8pm) and then your city, it will give you a correct time conversion, taking into account any daylight savings.

Custom Work

At the moment I'm not taking on any custom designs at all, if I can in the future, I'll post on Instagram.

Delivery

I post worldwide and every package is sent tracked, priority postage. Jewellery is usually ready to go and dispatched within a few days. Please check the customs fees for your country, if applicable, to receive parcels from the UK. I am not responsible for any extra charges or delays at customs.

Payments

My shop accepts most credit and debit cards, paypal, google pay, apple pay, klana, clearpay and more. If you do not see google pay as an option at checkout, try a different browser such as chrome. If an item is still in my shop 48 hours after collection release, it is eligible for a short-term payment plan, message me on IG or email for details.

Policies

Due to the nature of this artwork, the one-off designs and how my collections are released, all sales are final. Please look carefully at all photos and read all information about materials and measurements before purchasing. Unless explicitly stated, unfortunately changes can not be made to ring size, chain length or design, each piece is already finished with the stones set.

Materials

The metal your jewels are encased in, along with all chain and components are .925 Sterling Silver, Fine Silver or occasionally raw jewellers-brass. No plating is used and all materials are purchased from guaranteed nickle-free suppliers in England to be as hypoallergenic as possible.

All Gemstones are genuine and ethically sourced.

Packaging

Your item(s) will be packaged securely and with care, wrapped in velvet pouches and boxed, with added extras from me. Invoices are not sent but can be found in your email or account. Any bubble wrap or non-organic packaging used for protection is repurposed.

Jewellery Care

Your new jewels are one-of-a-kind artwork, made with meticulous metalworking methods to create strong joints and connections, with correct care they can last for generations.

Remove for any rigorous activity where the piece could get caught, knocked, dropped or stained and for bathing, showering or swimming. Stones such as Opal can dull if submerged in water.

Keep away from flames and chemicals.

When not in use, keeping your jewels in a pouch or box can preserve the vibrancy of certain natural Gems, such as Amethyst.

Use a polishing cloth to gently lift any tarnish or dullness over time. Take care not to remove deliberately placed patina (darkened areas) which are part of the design.
